Plasma Screen Program

The Plasma Screen program is to provide a connection and consistency between the Greenspring and Owings Mills campuses and to introduce a new method of publicity. Any activity that students are invited to attend and/or are required to attend either at the Greenspring Campus and/or the Owings Mills Campus is eligible for publicity.

How to Submit Club Activities

Check the box on the Club Event Proposal and Drive Approval forms. All club and class meetings will automatically be included. Each month, all drives will be listed in a bulleted format with dates and drop off locations. An Important Dates slide will also be included for college dates such as last day to withdrawal from a class, housing deposits due date, etc. Additionally, there is an online submission form on the Student Affairs website which can be used by the college community. All submissions must be received ONE WEEK in advance.

Posting Timeline

PowerPoint slides will be posted by 9 a.m. for current day. No additions will be posted after the presentation is posted for the day.

If corrections need to be made, notify Aubrie Belz in Student Activities in the Student Union Building. A copy of the PowerPoint presentation will be transferred to Owings Mills the day before posting. Saturday presentations will only occur at the Owings Mills Community Center and will be coordinated by the Residence Life Office.
