How to Submit Slides for the Plasma Screens
Student Activities has plasma screens in three locations in the Manuszak Student Union on the Greenspring Campus for the Stevenson community to keep updated on what’s happening on and around campus for the current week. There are also screens located in Rockland Marketplace, and the second floor of Rockland outside the Banquet Hall for your convenience. The purpose of these screens is to advertise all University-sanctioned events.
Events not sponsored by the University, or commercial advertisements will not be accepted. Advertisements for approved events can be emailed to Student Activities for inclusion in the following week's presentation by 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday of any given week. Presentations are updated on Fridays for the week following, and on Wednesdays of the current week.
Advertisements must be submitted in the form of a PowerPoint slide, jpeg, or PDF, and in both a portrait and landscape version. Please note that fonts should not be smaller than 24 pt. for PowerPoint slides, and that no animation will be accepted. Groups and departments can submit one advertisement per event. Ads are shown in date order, and are updated weekly. You can send slides for approved events to the Activities office by emailing email@example.com. Additionally, there is an online submission form on the Student Affairs website which can be used by the college community.
