Mailroom

Welcome to the Stevenson University mailroom.

The main Mailroom is located on the lower level of the Rockland Center on the Owings Mills campus. All deliveries are sent to this area to ensure continuity in the distribution of mail and packages.

The department also runs a student mailroom located next to the Security Office in the Avalon Community Center. This area houses the mailboxes of all residential students on the Owings Mills campus. Students are given a mailbox key with their move-in packet and may pick up mail in this area during the regular Avalon Center hours of operation. Packages may be retrieved from the Avalon reception desk only. Hours of operation for the reception desk are posted in the Center.

For any questions or comments, please contact the Mailroom at 443-352-4351.

Mailroom Staff

Our staff is dedicated to designing a mail service that exceeds the needs of the Stevenson community. Please be sure to contact any member of the Mailroom staff with questions or comments relating to the mail service. We are building this from the ground up and we need your input.

Christopher Ogle - Manager, Mailroom & Materials Management
Christopher Ogle brings to this job 40 years of experience with the United States Post Office. He is a retired Postmaster who has accepted the challenge of creating and building a new mailroom for the expanding Stevenson University community. In addition to the Mailroom, Chris is maintaining a Materials Management space that provides product storage for a number of departments on campus. Please be sure to say "welcome" to Chris as he crisscrosses the campuses delivering mail. Chris can be reached at 443-352-4351 or at his office in the lower level of the Rockland Center.

Wayne Bender - Mailroom Courier
Wayne Bender has joined the Stevenson University team as a Mailroom Courier. Wayne is also a retired Postmaster with 30 years of USPS experience. Wayne spends the majority of his day visiting departments on both the Greenspring and Owings Mills campus distributing mail and packages. He also provides a much needed courier service that allows for an inter-campus exchange of products and merchadise. You must have a sharp eye to spot him . . . Wayne is often in and out of an office before anyone notices.
