Join our team - be a Resident Assistant! RAs are campus leaders with responsibility in a variety of areas. RAs foster community development, serve as role models, set and model community standards, counsel their peers, organize and host programs and activities, serve as resources and referrals, and perform a variety of administrative functions. Becoming a Resident Assistant gives you the opportunity to make campus connections and to develop leadership skills which are invaluable in today's job market.
