A Career Discovery Day for Middle School Girls Registration forms will available online beginning July 1 The Expanding Your Horizons Network (EYH) is a membership organization of educators, scientists, mathematicians, parents, community and government leaders, and corporate representatives whose mission is to encourage young women to pursue science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) careers. Since 1974, over 625,000 young women have participated in EYH events around the world. An EYH Career Discovery Day provides an opportunity for young women to meet STEM role models and participate in hands-on activities that are designed to motivate and excite an interest in STEM disciplines. The event is sponsored by Stevenson University and the Baltimore Branch of the American Association of University Women. |
