Vice President of Career Services
Leads the Career Services team to provide exceptional career education to our students. Advises students and alumni in all SU schools on career exploration and job search. Collaborates with faculty and staff across the university to support career development in the classroom and beyond. Manages all aspects of career services to ensure positive outcomes for our students and our employer partners.Schedule an Appointment
Director of Operations
Directs and manages the coordination of overall operations, collaborating with other units on campus in developing and staffing shared events. Advises students and alumni in all SU schools on career exploration and job search. Provides leadership in developing programming and processes informed by best practices in career services; provides leadership and direction to expand the Career Peer Advisor Program and provides career counseling to students who are deciding on a major field of study.

Matthew Seiler '08
Coordinator Events & Marketing
Plans and coordinates signature events for the Office of Career Services. Leads marketing and outreach strategies through social media, the web, and University Portal. Represents Career Services to students, parents, employers, alumni and faculty through Events, Open Houses, Orientation, Workshops, and Presentations.
Provides technical support and leadership for the Office of Career Services. Maintains and supports Handshake and the career services portal. Develops data driven analysis and reporting for key performance indicators of career services.
Executive in Residence
Coaches students on Monday afternoons on key career skills such as interviewing, goal setting, how to research company information, and transitioning to the professional workforce. Recently retired as the market-facing leader and customer advocate of multi-billion dollar global B2B services provider after a forty-year professional career, now extending career experiences as a small business owner. Embraces a continuous learning philosophy focused on team-building and talent development. Educated locally at Towson University (undergraduate, BS Bus Admin/Finance) and Loyola University of Maryland (MS Finance). Executive in Residence
Coaches students on Wednesday afternoons on resume preparation, interviewing skills, researching prospective employers, and transitioning to the professional workforce. Provides insight into careers in the Human Resources profession. Retired Director of Human Resources with extensive experience in all areas of Human Resources. Currently serving as the Director of the College Relations Committee of the Chesapeake Human Resources Association (CHRA). Graduate of CCBC Essex and Notre Dame of Maryland University.
