The Office of Career Services connects employers with students and alumni through a variety of free resources. We work with our employer partners to develop customized recruitment plans that maximize exposure, establish organizational brand, and make your partnership with Stevenson University a success.

Our distinctive career development approach for students, Career ArchitectureSM, encompasses an awareness of how values, skills, and interests influence life and career choices. Students are empowered to map their vision of the future, so they will hit the ground running when they graduate from Stevenson University. Career Fairs, Symposiums, and Networking Events

Throughout the school year, Career Services hosts numerous fairs and networking events. In addition to the traditional career fairs, smaller industry-focused networking events are also offered. These events are typically aligned with specific academic programs, and are geared toward students who are interested in careers in specific fields. A general, campus-wide Career Fair is held each year to showcase employers across a variety of industries. Check our Events Calendar for a listing of recruiting events. On-Campus Interviewing

Interview qualified candidates in our comfortable interview rooms. This program provides a streamlined approach to the interview process; resume reviews, applicant selections, and interview sign-ups are all handled online, through Handshake. You select which candidates you’d like to interview, and we handle the logistics and scheduling.

Information Tables and Sessions

Schedule a date to visit campus to promote job opportunities with your organization. Info Tables are set up in prominent, high-traffic areas so you can distribute information while informally interacting with students. Or we can work with faculty to schedule an Info Session in a setting that makes sense for your organization.

Business Breakfast

Meet with students and faculty informally during the morning hours. Bring materials about your company, give-a-ways, or maybe even engage in some type of interactive activity. For more information or to schedule a date, you can contact our Vice President, Anne Scholl-Fiedler, at

Employer in Residence

Spend a morning or afternoon with Mustang talent and share your expertise on topics that you are passionate about that every senior should know. Examples of topics include:

  • The Art of Interviewing
  • Your Social Media Presence
  • Managing Your Finances
  • The First Year on the Job
  • Managing Job Offers and Expectations
  • Networking for a Lifetime 

Speak with students individually after the program and learn more about their aspirations.


Career Services staff will work with you to help develop an internship program that will meet your needs, and satisfy students’ academic requirements. Students participate in for-credit and non-credit internships while applying their education to real-life work situations. Students participating in an internship for credit generally coordinate these experiences directly through their academic department. As many employers already know, Stevenson University graduates are great employees! Our complimentary job board, Handshake, allows you to post full-time, part-time, and internship employment opportunities. We not only serve our current undergraduate and graduate students, but our services are utilized by Stevenson University alumni as well.
