Career Facts & Statistics

How many Stevenson students find work post-graduation?

Stevenson is a career-focused liberal arts university where practical applications of majors are the norm.

Annually, our Career Services staff and the academic departments work to find out how our graduates are doing professionally. Students are surveyed right after graduation and again after six months. In 2011-2012, there were 896 graduates, including our School of Graduate and Professional Studies students.

A total of 838, or 94 percent, responded to our survey. 77 percent of the Stevenson graduates reported that they were working, 7 percent responded that they were attending graduate schools, and an additional 8 percent were working and attending graduate school.

Overall, 92 percent of our graduates were either working or going to graduate school.
