The Annual LEGO Challenge

Begin building your career block by block

During the first semester of your freshman year, you'll participate in a team project to help you learn about your personal career direction, values, skills, and interests relative to your future utilizing the Career ArchitectureSM process.

Each team, mentored by faculty members, creates a distinctive LEGO sculpture display during a major University forum, describing the career elements used to visualize the future via LEGOs.

Teams present their work verbally to a panel of judges. Three teams win out of more than 40 participating annually. Creative problem-solving and team work skills? Check. These are highly sought by your future employer.
