Important Dates for Accepted Transfer and Readmitted Students - Fall 2012
February 2012
Scholarships (merit): All eligible full-time transfer students who have been accepted into a traditional, non-accelerated program will be mailed a separate scholarship award letter. Within two weeks following receipt of the acceptance letter, eligible students will receive a merit-based SU Transfer Scholarship award, as well as a SU Honors Scholarship if applicable (must provide proof of membership in PTK or other college honors program or society). There is no separate scholarship application. Applications are automatically considered if they are complete by May 1, 2012. Applications completed after this date will be reviewed for scholarships if funds are still available.

President's Celebration for Accepted Students
Invitations to this event are extended to all admitted students and will be mailed in early February.
April 2012
Financial Aid (need-based): Financial aid award letters will be mailed on a rolling basis beginning in April to accepted transfer and readmitted students who have completed the 2012-2013 FAFSA. You must submit the FAFSA as soon as possible if you wish to be considered for need-based financial aid. You can check the status of your financial aid by viewing your WebXpress account.

Enrollment Deposit & Housing Profile Form Deadline
Submit your $300 deposit along with your Enrollment Intent and Housing Profile Forms by May 1 to secure your place in the Fall 2012 class and in housing, if applicable.
May 30, 2012
If you attended another college during the spring 2012 semester, please submit an updated official college transcript by May 30, 2012, in order to update your credit evaluation before registration. Please bring an unofficial transcript with spring 2012 grades to your registration appointment.
June 2012
Registration, Advising, and Orientation
Registration and advising for new transfer and readmitted students is by appointment only. You were notified by mail of your appointment date, time, and location at the time of acceptance. Please confirm that you can or cannot attend as soon as possible.
Tuition & Housing Bills
Your fall 2012 tuition bill and housing bill, if applicable, will be available on WebXpress shortly after registration in June. Paper copies of bills will be mailed during June as well.
