- Q: What is Learning Beyond and how does it compliment the Honors Program?

Learning Beyond describes the University�s philosophy of pairing traditional instruction with educational experiences outside the classroom, such as field placements, study abroad, and service learning.
Honors students are required to complete 6 credits of Learning Beyond experiences. Students must discuss their Learning Beyond experience with Dr. Ora Freedman, the Program Director, to verify its eligibility for credit.
