Admissions Process

Admission to Stevenson is selective and reserved for students who are prepared to meet the rigors of college-level work and whose personal characteristics make them a good fit for our community. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis throughout the year and decisions are released within 3-4 weeks of all materials being received. Territory managers review applications in addition to the Admissions Committee. The freshman application is available on August 1 for the following fall semester.

Standardized Testing

The fall 2022 freshman application process is test blind. We are not using test scores for admission or scholarship review.

Submitting Documents

Documents can be submitted electronically through Naviance and the Common Application. We also accept transcripts electronically from high schools and community colleges that use the Electronic Transmission Transcript System. If you have questions about submitting materials, contact your admissions representative.

Additional Materials

As a supplement to required documents, the Admissions Office will review additional recommendation letters, extracurricular activities resumes, and conduct admissions interviews. Our staff also welcomes calls on behalf of your students.
