Attending a conference on writing, our beloved faculty networked with other professionals in the Baltimore area to exchange ideas on teaching writing to students. Honored to have hosted this at the Greenspring Campus, our faculty proudly engaged in the free conference that lasted several hours. The conference began with a keynote speech by Dr. Beins in which he discussed what students don’t do and what teachers should do to help with this dilemma. Of course, there was both free breakfast and lunch provided as the conference continued with fierce networking and ideological exchanges. Overall, the conference was extremely elucidating and a worthwhile experience for faculty.
