RISE (Reach out, Inspire, Strengthen, Empower) is a brand new, all inclusive initiative supported by the Stevenson University Psychology Department. It aims to provide educational experiences and eye-opening conversations between men and women. Their goal is to embody the issues facing all women of different sociocultural backgrounds and to provide community service opportunities along the way. The club also seeks to offer a source of mentoring for young women and act as a proactive voice for them, because when you empower women you empower everyone.
