Film/Video visits the Museum of the Moving Image in Queens on October 11

On Saturday, October 11, faculty and students in the Department of Film/Video - along with other students from the School of Design - will travel to New York for a day-long field trip to visit the Museum of the Moving Image, one of the country's premier cultural institutions devoted to the study and preservation of film and moving image history. Filled with movie artifacts - from the 19th century to the present - including such cool items as an Edison Kinetoscope, a Technicolor camera, the spinning head from The Exorcist and De Niro's wardrobe from Casino, the trip is sure to be both informative and loads of fun, and a great opportunity to celebrate our new Film and Moving Image major....Click here to read more.
