Today is the Big Day!
Congratulations to fashion design students, Kelsey Pearson, Jasmine Ward, Sherese Mclean, Rana Kurban, Amber Lloyd, Abbey Austin, and Na’Chelle Vaughauns, as they showcase their collection of globally inspired children’s clothing as part of the “HOME” exhibit at Hood College. A special thanks to the Fashion Design program’s Senior Fashion Design Technician, Ms. Fara Topolsky, for coordinating the event with Hood College and participating in the Opening Night events tonight, February 19, 2015, while the students are showcasing selected pieces of their globally inspired collection at New York Fashion Week.
We want to wish the best of luck to our alumni: Fara Topolsky, Sherie Jones, and Nicole Myrick, and to our students: Victoria Clark, Rahima Dondurur, Jasmine Ward, Sherese Mclean, Katie Ellsworth, Rana Kurban, Kelsey Pearson, Nakia Boomer, Ashley Danos, Monique Bucknor, Na’Chelle Vaughauns, Jocelyn Williams, Abbey Austin, and Amber Lloyd. These 17 talented ladies will be showcasing select pieces of their collection at Plitzs Fashion Week 2015 this evening, February 19th. Ladies, you are all going to rock the runway today in the Big Apple!!
