On June 20, Associate Professor Beth Kobett presented a one-hour national webinar, “Everyday Formative Assessment that Transforms Teaching and Learning"  

Hosted by the Global Math Department, the presentation engaged participants in considering how everyday use of formative, “in-the-moment” classroom-based assessment techniques (e.g., observations, interviews, Show Me, hinge questions, exit tasks), directly influence and empower teacher planning and instruction and impact student achievement.
