Business Communication alum and Admissions Officer staffer Jen Antonelli has reached day 34 of her 4K for Cancer run across America through the Ulman Cancer Fund for Young Adults. Along with 30 other runners, Jen started her 49-day journey in San Francisco to raise awareness and funds for cancer in honor of those among her family and friends who have suffered or died from the disease. The Baltimore team’s journey has been steady and thrilling.
On day 33, Jen and her team ran between Milwaukee and Chicago, and their run around Chicago’s Lake Michigan was a high point before they could grab a day of rest.
“Time is flying by way too fast. 33rd day, 9th state, 7th rest day,” wrote Jen. We are all so proud of your grit and commitment, Jen!
