BizComm sophomore Jess Demko and first-year students Sarah Cullison and Lauren Spivey helped the Stevenson University women’s soccer team to the second round of the NCAA Division III playoffs, making it to the round of 32.
The women’s volleyball team also made it to the NCAA Division III playoffs with the leadership of senior BizComm Sam Perillo. Sophomore Kristen Brooks and freshman Lauren Weaver helped the team advance as well.
The women’s cross country team competed in the NCAA Mideast Regionals hosted by Dickinson College. Junior Lanie Swanhart finished behind one teammate with a time of 26:09.
Freshman Abby Provost helped the women’s field hockey team to win their first ECAC Division III Mid-Atlantic Championship.
The men’s football team has received its first ECAC Bowl Game bid on Saturday, November 22. Senior BizComms Chris Newkirk and Anthony Arcell, juniors JaRon Cody, Andrew Wysocki, and Jarret Bragg, sophomores Daniel Miller, Fred Terry, and Dayne Turner, and freshmen Daniel Williams, Lee Bouggess, David Miles, and Anthony Rotonda all helped the team find 2014 success.
