Project Lead the Way (PLTW) Biomedical Sciences is a national STEM curriculum that emphasizes problem solving and teamwork. Stevenson University has trained almost 800 teachers from all over the country since 2007 and we will have more than 150 teachers here this summer. They spend two weeks working in the labs on hands-on activities that their students will do in the classroom. Stevenson was one of the first national affiliates for the program and Biology faculty act as the Affiliate Director and Laboratory Manager for this program.
