The Application Process

For most of the health professions programs, students complete an application online and submit the application to a centralized agency. Not all schools for a particular health profession participate in the submission of applications to the agencies. Please check each school that you are considering applying to for admission to determine if they participate in this service.

Deadlines for submission of applications vary among programs and applicants can begin to complete their applications on-line several months prior to the deadline. Transcripts and standardized test scores are commonly submitted to the agency. Submission of letters of recommendation vary; some programs require the letters be submitted directly to the school while the other programs request the letters be submitted to the centralized agency. Electronic submission of letters of recommendation or submission of paper copies are offered in most programs.
