The Greenspring Valley Orchestra at Stevenson University, conducted by Robert Suggs, presents a program of music from Scandinavia.  The program includes Wedding Day at Troldhaugen by Grieg (Norway), Symphony #1 by Nielsen (Denmark), Swedish Rhapsody #1 by Alfven (Sweden), and Swan of Tuonela and Finlandia by Sibelius (Finland).  The concert will conclude with a medley of tunes by the Swedish group ABBA.

Admission $10 Students and Seniors $6

“La Primavera”
 
Musical celebration of springtime by the SU Chorus, Ukulele Orchestra, and other student instrumental ensembles. The program is a mix of spirituals, gospel, folk, contemporary choral, show tunes and pop. Robert Suggs and Jared Denhard direct.
