Jamal Williams

Undergraduate Student
Business Communication

For Jamal, the versatility of the business communication major is key. “The program provides students with plenty of opportunities to branch out and try different professions. I have taken courses in journalism, advertising, public relations, and more,” he says. “The program and the professors have worked with me to develop the writing and public speaking skills that are necessary for my future career.” Jamal feels confident about life after graduation and plans to start his career in broadcast journalism. “Through the Office of Career Services and my major, I’ve had opportunities to network and meet professionals. Stevenson provides students with the resources to ensure that we succeed after graduation.”
