“My favorite part of the public history major would have to be the opportunities that my favorite professor gives us. He wants us to get out of the classroom to apply our skills and learn,” Alexandra says. In fact, she spent part of her fall semester working on projects with The Baltimore Sun and Maryland Public Radio. Alexandra also interns at Mt. Clare Museum House where she is creating a tour and lecture on a topic about the history of Baltimore. “Working outside of the classroom allows me to apply the knowledge and skills the history department at Stevenson has taught me."
