Stevenson University School of Graduate and Professional Studies to Offer 20-Percent Tuition Discount to ManTech International Employees

Stevenson University‘s School of Graduate and Professional Studies (GPS) has formalized a partnership with ManTech International and will offer its employees a 20-percent tuition discount on any and all GPS programs.

Based in Fairfax, Va., ManTech is a leading provider of innovative technologies and solutions for mission-critical national security programs of the U.S. federal government.

Michael K. Robinson, Program Coordinator of Stevenson’s Master’s Program in Cyber Forensics, anticipates that the Cyber Forensics courses will be a large draw for ManTech employees.

“With so many changes occurring in the field of digital forensics, cyber security, and information assurance, we recognize that now is the ideal time to provide quality education in the field of cyber forensics in an affordable environment,” Robinson said. “Our program provides students with hands-on opportunities to learn digital forensics and cyber security, and we are proud to partner with ManTech International to offer these programs at a discounted rate.”

Stevenson’s School of Graduate and Professional Studies offers eight adult undergraduate degrees: Business Administration, Business Communication, Business Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Criminal Justice, Interdisciplinary Studies, RN to BS Nursing, and Paralegal Studies. The programs are designed for working adults, and many can be completed within 18 to 24 months depending on the number of credits a student has acquired before entering the program. Most of the undergraduate degree programs can be completed by taking courses that are scheduled in a mixed eight-week hybrid or online format, or in a traditional 16-week format.

Master’s degree programs include Business and Technology Management (onsite and online), Cyber Forensics (online), Forensic Science (onsite and in part online), Forensic Studies (onsite and online with accounting, information technology, legal, investigation, interdisciplinary, and criminalistics tracks), Healthcare Management, Nursing (with a focus on either leadership/management or nursing education), and the only secondary Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) program with a targeted Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) focus in the state of Maryland.
