Deborah Phelps

The proud mother of three children and grandmother of three, Phelps is the Executive Director of the Education Foundation of the Baltimore County Public Schools. Her dedication and commitment to excellence in the field of education have earned Phelps many honors including Baltimore County Public School’s Teacher of the Year Finalist, two-time Maryland Family & Consumer Science Teacher of the Year, and Baltimore County’s “Baby Boomer of the Year.”

Phelps served as Convocation Speaker in August 2013, the year most of our graduates matriculated at Stevenson, and it will be a special joy to welcome her back.
